Kai Elea
Over the past 25 years, I have worked as a coach, mentor, advisor, and director within corporate, nonprofit, and government industries. In addition to my experience working as an advocate in human services, working to improve organizational operations, and developing leaders, I have extensive studies in organizational development, leadership, and generational differences.
I have shifted my focus from organizations to people and enjoy serving as a guide and coach for transforming change. Helping people to center, become aware, and connect within is such a rewarding process. As this connection unfolds, we, as spiritual beings, will find it easier to connect to the Universal Consciousness and align with our life’s pathwork. I help clients become curious about the process in which they learn to invite purposeful living into their daily lives and experience themselves in new ways.

My diverse background in human services, organizational improvement, operations, and technology has given me many opportunities to help people unfold and allow their skills, talents, and strengths to emerge. I have been honored to watch many people embrace new paths and become their best selves.

I have always sensed that we were more than physical bodies, and this probably began in my early elementary school years. One of my earliest memories was reading an encyclopedia-type book about the Universe and thinking that was home. During these years, I also wondered why I could no longer move things with my mind or speak to someone telepathically. Some might think these are kind of wild, while other people, my adult self included, understood that I was on to something. My upbringing was full of encouragement to explore all spiritual and metaphysical, so my spiritual journey started at a very young age and has spanned through my adult life. It is unsurprising to anyone who knows me well that I have embraced my path as an intuitive empath and begun work in the healing arts.

I have worked as a coach and mentor to staff and colleagues for 15 years. I hold a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Regis University. I am trained and certified as a second-degree Usui/Holy Fire (R) III Reiki practitioner. I am also a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique student and will complete Level Two training in the next month..
